where to splice O2 sensor 12 volt wire?

i have read some of the other posts and learned that when people get the three wire heated oxygen sensor they splice the 12 volt switched ignition to the fuel pump relay. my concern is that i already have a larger fuel pump in it and don't want to overload the relay with the splicing. would it be overloaded or would it be just fine? and if there is a possibility of overload, where else could i splice in (like where exactly, i'm a newbie)? thanks in advance.

The relay should be OK with the added current draw. How many Ohms is the heater? How much current does your pump draw?
