viper alarm

viper alarm

Hi there and please i need some help over here...Here where i live there is no need to have an alarm installed and i bought a car from FL with a viper 300 alarm in it and no remote (lost)...i will like to remove this alarm but i got no idea of all the components of it...onlything i know is ,like i said,a viper 300,passive,door locks ,starter kill and it was installed by a proffesional..i know cause i got the receipt dated on 4-8-93 in NY...Thanks

I have the Viper Alarm system and there are dealers everywhere.
Try this link www.directed.com for buying a remote or dealer near you. Good luck with get tha alarm working.

most viper alarms have the wiring diagram printed on the back of the alarm"brain"which is the black box approx. the size of a pack of ciggarettes. the alarm can simply be unplugged without causing any problems later on.i've probably installed a thousand of these units(professional installer since 1984).feel free to email me with any questions.

I used to work at a circuit city and they have been carrying viper alarms for a long time, they should be able to help you out.

I had a similar problem, and an alarm place only charged me $15 to remove it.
