can one of you send me an email (not using thirdgen.org PM) on how to disable the VATS system?

i dont have the keys with the chip (bought the car that way) and my car is now giving code 53 because i charged the battery without disconnecting it from the car.

i need my car working ASAP.. it cranks but the injectors wont pulse. and i know its a VATS problem

i already found the relay on the drivers side kick panel, and connected the green and yellow wires together (thats how i got the car to crank, otherwise it was dead)

so can some one send me info on how to disable this stupid system permenantly? thanks
