Headlight wiring upgrade question

First offf this is for an 89 Camaro. I recently put together my headlight harness like in the tech article. Every thing went together fine but when in stalled I get feedback through my headlamps. When the low beams are on the highs will be on but dim. I double checked all of my new connections with a DVM and they are good. Finally I unhooked the two trigger wires that plug into the stock connector, with the headlights hooked up I had continuity!?!? I then unpluuged one low beam bulb at a time and with both unplugged I no longer had the feedback problem. Has anyone else ran ito this on a Camaro????

TIA
Chris

answered my own question. I had the ground on the wrong side of the low beam. All is well again in my little world:lala: :lala:
