Headlight problem

I was on my home from work, and after a hard day at work, i wanted to put my leg out so i could relax, i put it past the clutch to about where the foot rest thing in autos is, and my headlights cut out! I moved my foot, they came on, i moved it back, it went off..... Any ideas how to fix it? thanks!

You have a bad connection. The only way to fix it is find the wire or wires that are bad by wiggeling them to see which one has the bad connection, or short.

That is where the wires go through the fire wall. Pull the carpet back and fix your eroneous wires.
