Check out the headlight repair instructions I include with the TDS 209280 Deluxe Headlight Repair Kit. In the instructions I include a clever and inexpensive solution to keep the brushes in place while re-installing the headlight motor into the actuation unit. It is only necessary to remove the motor from the assembly for one of the pair of headlight actuation units. Read the instructions and you'll understand why.
