Ok, I have a light on in the dash not sure what it means (line with a small circle in the middle) this light comes on and off and each time it comes on which seems like more so when i accelerate I can hear something that sounds like wires frying in the area behind the speedometer, anyone know what that might be?? The light flickers also with the sound of the wires frying.

 

sounds like the choke light. by frying to you mean sparking, like rustling of leaves?

 

Turns out that the "frying" sound and the light had something to do with the alternator going, the alternator finally gave out completley and when I replaced it I had no more light on and no frying sounds in the dashboard.. I dont know exactly why it happened that way... but thanks for the reply : )

 

That 'frying' sound was likely the choke heater relay buzzing due to the alternator problem.
