HELP, NO working lights on the car now........

AS mentioned, today all of the sudden my lights gave out......

When i turn on the headlights the only thing that turns on is the headlights....

NO interior gauge lights, NO blinkers, NO tails, NO side lights

However when i turn on my hazzards or press the brakes they seem to be working....

The interior lights don't however

Another thing, the fuse labeled "tails" is blown, and whenever i turn on the lights the fuse blows...........

Please anyone who might know what's causing this to happen, help me out, the only lights working on the car are the headlights....

The tail fuse is the fuse that controls all lights except what you have stated so that makes sense. Now, why... You have a short somewhere. 1. Retrace any mods or work you've done that might have crimped or cut a wire. 2. Don't know how much rain you've had down there lately, but check to make sure none of your lights are flooded causing the short. 3. Rremove light bulbs or light connectors to see if you can stop the fuse from blowing. Start by disconnecting all of them to save on blown fuses. Then gradually replace them. If after removing all your connectors, the fuse still blows, refer back to number 1. Its a crimped or cut wire that is grounding out. The electrical problems are the toughest, but most rewarding after you find them! Good luck!

a bulb can cause a fuse to blow, i would pull all the bulbs, see if the fuse still blows, if not, put the bulbs back in one at a time until the fuse blows, replace that bulb
