mmm, this has never happened before..

Alrighty time to cry uncle on this one..

Have had the LT1 in place for over 7k miles and just recently started having a low voltage problem..around 12.2-12 volts..

changed the alternator and it didn't go away.. (no cost to me)

I noticed though backing it out of the garage.. when I press on the brake pedal the voltage goes back up and the lights get brighter.. (13.2 or so volts)

Let off the pedal and the volts go back down.. 12.2 perhaps..

Lots of electrical stuff on the car, 140 amp alternator but that runs a walbro 255 pump, electric wp, and dual fans..

Any ideas? I am really pressed for time these days, hence my almost absense from this board.. I just need to save time with a short list of things to check.. already checked battery and alternator connections..

the battery is an optima red top..
