No power at injectors
I have an 85 Trans am TPI. It wont start becase the injectors wont give it fuel. I checked fuses and they are fine. AT the injector plugs I checked with a volt meter while trying to start and all 8 have absolutly no voltage. ECM gives me a normal operation code and I have a new ignition module, what else could it be? Thanks Member

my first guess on this one would have to be VATS (vehicle anti theft system) which if the correct key isnt used, will not allow power to the injectors

VATS came out in later Years. Is your fuel pump working, have you checked to see if you are getting fuel pressure at the rails.
PS: I'm not sure if you would get a voltage reading from the injector connectors since they pulse rather quickly and do not hold a steady reading. .
