coil P/N is MSD-8226
coil wire will come with the wire set
I used wire set
P/N MSD-31359 ............some pics on my cardomain site
cap P/N is MSD-8426
rotor P/N is MSD-8427

none of the other caps/rotors you listed will work

Axle/Gears: 10 bolt 3.23
I bought a custom You make it set of HEI 90* super conductor wires... I trust myself making them to clear my headers (edelbrock TES) more than a direct bolt on out of the box type.

can u use those parts on a stock 88 350 tpi?

I used a 6AL box and msd coil on my stock 90 (had remote coil OEM). I used the wiring harness it made the hook up painless.
