rapid fire adjustable switch

OK this has nothing to do with a car but this is the only place I know of I can get help ..so here goes

I need to wire up a switch that will turn itself on and off at a rapid rate the switch will carry 24Vac but I need to make the switch adustable to speed up or slow down
the way its setup is it plugs into 120v wall outlet into a transformer with 24v secondary through the switch and to an output like a male connector

If anyone can help me with this I would GREATLY apreciate it
