Lighting problems - Dome, Dash, and headlights! ouch
(damn computer ate everything... here is a retype
My headlights, dash, and interior lights are all giving me trouble!
Headlights: When my lows are on, only the right side works (fog light on too)... But when i have my high beams on, 2 work on the right side (and the foglight) , and one headlight works on the left (but no foglight) my car looks so haggard at night! ha and im tired of getting pulled over for it.
Dash: When i turn my dash lights on, my right turn signal indicator turns and stays on. And everything freaks out Tach redlines, and my spedo never works anyways so no surprise that it still doesn't work when dash lights are on...
Interior: My dome light used to work, but now does not work. i tried replacing the bulb but still no go.
I'm new to fixing my own mobile, so any help would be great! thanks

You need new lamps.
The low beam has a dual element in it (like a turn signal). That's why it comes on when you switch to high beams.
The high beam is just out.
Verify using a multimeter at the harness wiring.
Sometimes you can just smack the lamp and the element will reconnect briefely.
If the amber lights below the mains is what you are calling your 'fog lights', they are actually your park/marker lamps and turn signals.
Bulb is burnt out in that too most likely.
Dash, take the cluster out and clean all the contacts where the cluster plugs to the dash. Bad/dirty contacts will cause it to chase grounds through the other circuits on the cluster. Had the smae problem whe I put the cluster from my camaro in my friends truck. I used dielectric grease on the contacts and re-arched the contact pins on the harness plugs and so far so good. All the gremlins went away after that.

run a continuity test on all the copper leads on the back of the cluster also. I had a hairline crack in one of mine and had the exact same gauge cluster problems you are talking about.
