wont start... HELP!

I have checked everything and this damn thing won't start STILL...

Hooked it up to an AVR Tester...

1) Battery is getting no juice for some reason
2) Alt. is putting out the amps to the battery that is should be when i hooked it up to the AVR
3) Checked for power draw from the battery and it's about a 1/2 a milliamp which is totally acceptable and won't kill it
4) Battery has 11.5 volts according to the AVR
5) checked the connections to the starter -- good

Even when i do jump the car ans it starts the lights in the speedo will be bright and then slowly start to dim even the turn indicators will be normal blinking speed and then the slowly start getting slower and slower until the damn thing just stays on.

WHAT GIVES! I'm about to take a sledge hammer to this thing!!!!

Figured it out, it was a crappy bolt in the pos. terminal with the lead to the alt AND my stereo power wire. I just bought one of those cheapo double side thread nuts and used one side for the lead to the alt. and the other side for the stereo.

I should go kick that guys *** who put my stereo in. Punk!
