How to get power from the ACC fuse

I want to put in a CB so I can have a PA to play around with. I think that I have just about everything I need here. It says though I need to get 13.8v from the acc how do I do this. I see the fuse for it, but how to I plug it in?

You can go to any auto parts store. or your local radio sahck and buy a blade fuse tap that will allow you to put it over the metal fuse end. If you can tap off of an existing accessory wire, I would do that, but strip, and solder the wire for a better connection.

You can use a male crimp connector and plug it into a cavity on the fuse block marked ACC.

Where on the fuse block is this cavity? If I cannot find it I guess ill go with the first idea. Thanks.

I'm guessing I would need to take down the whole fuse block, if thats what I have to do is there anything special I have to do, or just unbolt it and pull it down?

Here's a diagram of the fuse block, as it appears from the side the fuses are installed...

You can plug into the RADIO cavity to have power when your key is turned to either the RUN or ACC position; or plug into the IGN cavity to have power only when the key is turned to RUN.
These cavities will be toward the firewall.

The connector they above are referring to is on the BACK of the fuse panel. Yes, you will have to unbolt it and pull it down. Here's a link to pics:
