blower motor

blower motor
Need wiring help 101. Blower motor quit working took out blew it clean and wired direct to see if working,it does but when putting it back in it quits. When touching the blower to the accumulator it blows. being ignorant what the heck can I do to fix it.Thanks

its either the relay or follow the harness back. i found the ground wire can come inhooked really easy. Its not along the harness. its a separate wire

Axle/Gears: 3.73, 3.90, 4.88, 3.55, 3.54, 7.00
Bridge the realy socket and see if the blower works. If it does you've found the problem (relay) if not start tracing wires.

i got a problem like this to
i was going down the road and it just stop workin look at the wires and i cant find anything wrong with it how do i check the relay and what dose it look like u said that u check it ty

Since when you touch it to the acumulator it works it definately sounds like a ground problem. Trace the ground wire which is the black one connected to the blower and see if it's connected. I think it's connected to the heater box stud behind the passanger side valve cover.
