ok for awhile now, my break lights have not been working, they quit workin when i got my front ball joints replaced, i checked everything from the back and they still work, i looked at the brake thing under the brake, haha dont know what its called, and its just find, so im think its somewhere up front, where the problem is,, since it went out when the worked on it, so anyone know anything bout this, please help asap, 5th time i've been pulled over, 4 by the same cop ,

 

Check the fuse box, the brake bulbs, and brake switch on the brake pedal. Or have a friend press the brake pedal while you check a brake light (rear) with a power tester? I had almost the same problem, only mine was just a simple adjusment to the switch brake on the brake pedal. If nothing works than my friend take it to an electrician

did a search brake lights and got this posting.

Did everything but check the fuse. Sometimes it's the most basic/simple things.
