Head Light relay?

Help!

I've lost all power to my headlight motors and I can't find the problem. I've read about a relay or logic module that may be the problem. but I have no idea where they're located on the car. Can anyone help?

Check the fuses first. If you lost power to both at the same time I would check that. If not the fuses check the fusible links.

Being that your sig says 3.1L I assume you have a 90+ car. Your headlights are controlled by a module found on the driverside firewall near the brake booster.

you wouldn't happen to have a pic of that relay? I have several on the firewall next to the booster. I know that one is for the fans, but there are a couple more there too.

I dont have a pic of the relay. It will be bigger than the other relays. I think it has GUIDE stamped on it or something.

It's a roughly 3" x 3" square unit with 2 harness plugs to it located above the brake boosterand as Matt stated, it had 'guide' on it (once removed to see the 'underside'). I'd take a pic to show you but, mine has be relocated to my interior under the dash.

Mine were dangling beneath the headlight motors in the nose of the car. Just lie on your back looking up into the nose, and you should see them dangling around in there. I pulled mine up next to the motor, to avoide water unning down the wires into them.

hmm. i puled my wires all the the way from the motor to the steering column and didn't see anything. I'm going down to a junk yard tomorrow to climb around in a car they have there.
