Right turn signal not working

When I turn on my headlights my right blinker is solid green with no clicking and no light from the blinker (on the car). The left works fine but there is no clicking

any ideas? is this common?

Most common problem is simply a burnt out bulb. The easiest check it to turn on your hazzards and do a walk around noting which bulb is not lighting. The hazzards will lights/flash all the turn lamps regardless of one being burnt out which lets you see which one isn't working.

Car: 1989 Firebird Formula
Engine: Internal Combustion
Transmission: Completed
Axle/Gears: ones that turn.
What kind of car is it on? If it's a Firebird, check the ground connections near the passenger side rad support. My Formula would do that when the lights were on because the connector broke off the end of the ground wire. Fixed that, and it works fine.
