A/C Delete wiring
Ive just removed the aircon in my 85 Transam.Ive fitted a aircon delete heater box and motor.My question is,do i still need the relay or can i just take a live feed straight to the motor?

You no longer need the relay. I cut the harness for the ac blower motor off before the resistors and threw it out. Then i wired up the the remaining 4 wires to the three wire resistor using the stock non ac resistor connector that i got with my non a/c heater box. I connected yellow and tan wires from the car to the yellow wire on the resistor connector, then light blue to light blue and orange to orange. It results in the low and first medium spots on the blower controls being the low setting, then the second medium spot being medium and high as high. As a plus removing all the extra wires in that area really cleans it up. Hope this helped some.
