Tach filter
I have done a search and read dozens of posts and can't seem to find my situation. I have a stock distributer on a 83 Z28 LG4 (104K) Lately, I have noticed after I get around 3000 RPM the Tach bounces all over.
Is this probably the Tach filter needing replaced?
Is it really only available through Junkyards?
Will bypassing it work, or will it damage the tach?
thanks much,
phil
