Step by step, how do I add relays for H4 conversion?

Step by step, how do I add relays for H4 conversion?
Well I did the H4 conversion and was pleased, but a friend of mine was talking about how he added some relays to take full advantage of the mod and the output of the light was increased as well as less draw on the system. Has someone here done this and could you please post a step by step list of procedures/parts that you used. Thanks

I used the Painless harness, from Jeg's and added the highbeams to it (too lazy to completely build my own set, etc.). It is set up for H4 on the input terminal. Also, IIRC you have foglights. If they are stock, you will need to add a pull-down resistor to get proper grounding. On a stock config, the fog-lights act as a pull-down to complete the circuit. I think I used something like a 50ohm and 25ohm power resistor in parallel.
