Whats wrong with my vats?

Whats wrong with my vats?
I replaced my vats module in the last year or 2.I only put
300 miles on it in the pass 4 years.Yes 300 miles!When
I put the key in sometimes the security light stays on,now
if I wait 5 min It will start.Well It didn't start yesterday and
it didn't this morning.I had to take my 442.When I got home
from work I tried it and the light came on,I waited 5 min and
it started.I took a trip to CVS and when I got back in it didn't
start. I Can't take too much more of this.

Check the contacts inside the lock cylinder and you might have a bad wire coming off the lock cylinder. These will cause the problems you are experiencing.
