Trouble after battery relocation....

Okay, i wired the positive directly to the starter, and grounded the battery out in the back, i didnt run a wire from the alternator to the battery yet..... However i decided to just turn the ignition on to see if i got any fuel pump prime, i didnt, but i got to thinking about the fuse relay and such that was connected to the old battery post (passenger side of car), if im not mistaken that should also run to a power source right ? Does that not control the pcm, and the fuel pumps and such ? I was thinking of taking the old harness out of the car to clean it up, but if i have to keep it i will. Ive got power everywhere else it seems, anybody have a clue ?

Now the light comes on and someone remembers that they need the fusible links and the power source to the ECM
