Will i be able to keep my cruise control?
Im in the process of planing my eninge swap for this summer. I am going from:
Stock 92 RS
- 5speed
- 305 tbi
- 10 bolt rear w/ 3.23:1 gears
To:
- 6 speed trans from a 93 camaro
- custom 350 , swapped to CARBED
- beefed up 10 bolt rear w/ 3.73:1 ratio and an Auburn Posi unit.
Will i be able to keep my cruise contol w/ the carbed setup? I have everything but the engine in my possestion now, so i cant go back on anything else.

if you pulled the SES bulb and left the ECM in there, then ran the speedo output (after it goes thru a converter box) into the stock wiring, then the ECM will probly keep cruise operational.
in that case, i think the thing to do would be to keep all the wiring, and just disconnect what you arnt using.
