I need a new relay for my hatch pull down unit, and I tried to order it from GM parts direct with the numbers written on the realy as tha part number. problem is, it didn't recognise the numbers, or perhaps they just didn't stock it.

But for the future, is there a way to order stock parts directly without the need to go to a dealer or to call them? They don't ship where I'm at anyway, so then I would need to drive also.

Just thought it could be handy since I have a pc in my garage now, so I could fast determine prices and such.
