Alternator post??? HELP

Alternator post??? HELP

On my camaro's alternator the post on the back with the red wire is loose... not the wire but the post itself. I have tried to tighten it but i think that it is broken inside. Also my battery isn't charging so that was the first thing i suspected.

You should be able to remove the back of the case and tighten the post down.

I fixed the problem by bying a new one. I tried to tighten it but it would still losten up. Works great now
