im using a 1990 TBI V8 camaro dash harness, 1989 front headlight harness and a 1992 firebird V8 speed density engine harness. will these three harness work together or are some of the pins different and stuff? i already noticed that the SD harness from the firebird doesnt have a plug for the wiper motor, im assuming the firebird headlight harness incorporates the wiper motor plug? im not worried about the wipers really. i just want to know that the car will start and run, my gauges, and VATS will work. headlights, marker lights and directionals would be good too!

 

The Engine Harness and the body harness should be seperate. The body harness comes in on the driverside firewall the engine harness comes in on the passenger side. There will be a few common power and ground connections, the engine harness should have all connections for the sensors and Relays that have to go to the ECM, and the body harness should have wiper, headlight, ECt.

If I am incorrect someone please correctt me but I have swapped in TPI into three different Camaros and the engine harness is seperate form the Body harness, I have never dealt with a aftermarket harness or TBI equipted Car.

 

The headlight harness has the plugs for the wipers, and will work with the dash harness. As for the Firebird SD harness, I have no idea....
