Power Windows Not Working
They barly move up and down and dont move side to side. Is the motor out or would it be the controls? How hard is it wot put in a new motor if it is needed?

There are ALOT of threads on this, try a search.
If the windows move only a small amount, but then will move again after a period of waiting, then the motor is going out.
From what I've read, replacing the motor yourself is a HUGE PITA, and that most who have done it would pay to have it done by someone else a second time.
