i have an 85 trans am and my headlights pop right up but the one on the right wont go down. the light turns off and everything it just wont go down. then after awhile it will finally go down or after alot of messing with it. there is nothign making it stick or anything and when both lights are up u can hear a very slight turn signal ticking type noise from it. is my motor going bad maybe? thanks alot
