Maybe I can pick yer Brain???

Ok, time for the trouble. I recently swapped from TBI to carb (more trouble then i thought id be getting myself into) neways, i removed the wiring harness on the pass side, since i had removed the AC and heater box a while ago there was no lose there. Traced most wires from the harness then removed it along with the computer. This is where my problem started. Before removal of the computer car was up and running. Sometime along the way i lost the only set of keys for my car. duh. So i raced off to the local dealership only to have them tell me my car had no VATS in it, which it did cuz my old key had the pellet in it, so i tired the non vats key they gave me, didnt work, but the door lock key they gave me worked so i new they had the right vin number. So i figure sumtime along the way someone had switched ignition cylinder, picked up a new one and installed it, relized i needed to bypass the VATS so i jumped the starter enable relay. Now its like the car has a major power drain somewhere, the first turn of the key to the on position yeilds normal results, no security light guages work ect.. once the key is turned to start the starter clicks once like it wants to start it stops the dash lights and everything seem to fade and the buzzer for the open door makes a lower noise, Im totally dumbfounded on this problem, starter and everything is fine had that tested before this swap took place, is there anything that im overlooking?? anything would help me at this point im at my wits end here. thanks guys - jon
