no idea why i have to program the stations every time i turn my car on.

 

the reason its doign that is because you must have the yellow wire going to the acsessory so when u turn the key your radio will switch on and the red wire needs to go directly to positive on the batterie most likely its not wired like that and it is erasing the setting every time u turn the car off
