Brake Lights won't turn off

Having a problem with my brake lights not turning off. They will turn off if I pump my brakes or jiggle them but sometimes the lights in the back will stay on when its parked. I checked to make sure my parking brake isn't sticking or anything and its not. When I jiggle the brake pedel they turn off but sometimes they kick back on for some reason and it must have done it last night cause now my battery is drained. Any ideas? Thanks

And if it is my brake light switch, how do I go about replacing that thing? (No idea where it is at or how hard it is to replace)

You already know where the problem is. It is either the wiring to the switch on the brake pedal or the switch itself needs adjustment or replacing.

Here is how to adjust or replace it. The second picture shows it.

page 2. It is on the back of the brake pedal assembly.

So I would have to open the bottom part of the dash by the brake pedals to get to it?

If you are referring to the knee bolster panel under the dash, then yes you would. It isn't a hard item to remove.
