ok... here is my problem... i have a plug for a 98 camaro cluster i was going to use, and i now have a 95 T/A cluster.. from what i see it looks like the pin #'s are different between the two. is it possible to repin the plug and if so how do i go about taking the pins out to redo them..... or is the 95 pins the same as the 98 and up camaro pins? the colors actually seem to be the same just different locations on the plug. if anyone has any help on this or beter diagrams please help as my dash is completely out waiting for cluster wireing to put it back... thanks in advance

Im not sure. I have a 2000 T/A cluster and a '95 T/A harness. I haven't installed it yet but I when I went over it last time, I used a '98 Camaro diagram and a '95 T/A diagram and they both seemed to have the pins in the same place. If I find either diagram I'll send them your way to let you know for sure.
Edit: Is your 98 Camaro cluster for a v8 or v6? Maybe that might make a difference if your '98 clusters a v6 and the '95 plug is for a v8?????????

first off thanks john... after testing the pins .. it seems that the plug from the 98 camaro cluster is the same as the 95 T/A cluster.. the 93-96 camaro cluster pinouts are different and most of the diagrams i was finding were for the camaro for 93-96 cars. but it seems now that 93-06 firebird is the same as 97+ camaro and firebird pinouts.. everything seems to work correct. i am in the middle of the wireing for the conversion right now.. have the headlight and foglights done and everything works perfect with no glitches anywhere.. working on the locks and windows for the doors tomorrow morning when i get home from work along with the hvac controls.. then ill get to testing and soldering the cluster in... hopefully everything i have will get me thru it.. just debating weather or not i want to tie in the drl or not... probably not though... anyways.. if you have any questions let me know and if you have any tips or pointers send them my way.. thanks
