Time To Upgrade my Ignition....what do I need?

Time To Upgrade my Ignition....what do I need?
I probably should have done this along time ago...but I would like to upgrade my Distributor Cap and Coil on my 1991 Z28 Camaro 5.7 TPI. I've added an MSD-6A ignition box already...and I probably should have already changed the cap and coil..but never did. Can someone tell me what I'll have to get?...because I have no idea...just the distributor cap and a new coil. I guess either MSD or Accell? Help a brotha out guys, thanks
