Where does this wire go? Trickster?

Im about ready to put my engine back in. The cars listed in the sig, originally had a cc qjet, but the ecm is gone and nows its got a non cc qjet.

Theres a loom with 2 smaller black wires running from the passenger side the same spot where the ecm harness comes from.

These 2 black wires are connected together with a loop connector on the end. It looks like a washer with a pointy circumference. It either goes to the starter or to the ground on the passenger head, but i dont remember. It seems much too long to go to the head, but i dont want to run 12v through it by accident.

If it doesnt go to the head then the only wire that goes to the head is the ground strap to the firewall.

The 2 large wires to the starter right now are from the battery and some connector from the drivers side (interior gets power when this is hooked up). Plus the small solenoid trigger.

The interior and entire electrical system seems to work fine with this wire unhooked, but i have hooked up the starter yet.

I just rigged it up to a pc power supply to test the cars electrics, without the starter, and nothing in the engine bay.

a lot of things where unhooked when i bought it. This worked pretty well, and if i accidently shorted something the power supply just turned off, it didnt blow any fuses. Even the head lights worked, but they made the power supply groan.

The black wires are ground wires, usually connected to the firewall near the heater box.
