any electrical experts? (circuit board repair needed)

I am looking for so help trying to figure out what went bad on this circuit board I have.. long story short it is the TTA boost guage circuit board.

Usually when a board goes bad there is something obvious that has burned or is broken. In most cases a new part from a radio shack can be soldered in using a small soldering pen. A picture may be helpfull here. How complicated of a board is it?

thats the problem there is no visual damage. it is a very simple setup. I will take some pictures and send them to you.
