Fuse keeps blowing

Just today my gauges stopped working. I checked the fuse and it was blown...so I went and picked up some fuses. I put the new one in and it blew as soon as I started my car. I tried it one more time and it blew again. The gauges that are out are my oil, temp, gas, and battery voltage. Then later when it got dark I turned my lights on and the buzzer that comes on when you shut your car off and leave the lights on came on...so I had to drive home with the stupid buzzer going off. I know there is a short somewhere but I have no idea. Theres nothing that I have done with any wiring or electronic equipment so I dont know where this came from. Please help me out or the buzzer may drive me insane. It would also help to have working gauges.

Hello Mad Morgan,

My apologies for not getting back to you sooner. While I am unable to give a exact cause of your problem, I can give you some schematics that will at least point you in the right direction. With the gage fuse blowing, you are losing more systems than you think you are. This is the schematics for the gage fuse and also for the audio warning system (annoying buzzer) which is on that circuit. Hope this will help you.

Hey, I fixed it. I think the problem was kinda strange...when I installed my headers I removed the smog pump the 2 sensors it had in it just got tucked up under something else so they would be out of the way....well one fell onto the headers and got a little toasted so I think the heat or maybe contact to metal or something was causing a short. Well anyway I pulled it off the header and tucked it back up and replaced the fuse and it didnt blow out. So I guess that was it. Thanks for all your help though.
