Cleaning up wiring in engine bay
Yeah...I have a CC LG4, there are so many wires everywhere, it hurts. Are there any good ways to clean things up, reroute wires or anything? Anyone done this, or have any advice? Thanks.

what i did was get an HEI distributor and an aftermarket carb. then you can take the computer out along with the wiring harness that comes through the passenger side fender. i also took out all the heater vents, box, core and hoses. i like the way my engine bay looks now with nothing cluttering it up.

i also got headers and removed all the emissions equipment (smog pump, all hoses, charcoal canister, etc.) i am also going to relocate the battery in the trunk to clean some things up also.

yep the best way to get rid of the eyesores is to clean house, removal,
if you go and find a non-EST/ESC controlled HEI and 4bbl E model carb (75-79 light duty trucks and cars, and 75-80s higher GVWR trucks over 8200lbs) then you will be able to completely remove your ECM harness and the ECM,
just unplug the ECM harnesses under the dash pass side and unplug the O2 and MAP and oil pressure switch down low on driver side block and the knock sensor and the extra 4 wires HEI harness plug and anything else on the ECM harness like for coolant temp switch related, and snake the harness out of the pass side fender
other than that you are limited, except for maybe a/c systgem removal and conversion to base heater system, or reroute some nice spark plug wires, get chrome or something wiring loom to cover wires that you have to keep, such as temp senderand oil pressure sender and and tach wire and BATT wire, and battery and alternator and starter wires, and washer and wiper wires and cruise wires if you keep cruise system,
get some loom thats same color as car tub or as engine, and go for it
what you cant hide then decorate
