Turn signal not working

Ok I'm having problems with my turn signal. The right turn signal blinks fine but the left one stays on and doesn't blink. I checked the fuses and they seem to be alright. Is there a relay or something that I should check? Anyone have any ideas?

Axle/Gears: ones that turn.
If you replace the burnt out bulb, they'll work fine.
The right side blinking normally means the flasher unit is good.

Sounds like a bad bulb. Check the exterior bulbs.

Well the problem is the bulb is staying on. It comes on and stays on and the turn signals outside stay on also. If that means the bulb is burnt out, its the bulb in the dash right? Now I'm thinking its a bad wire because it comes on when I'm just driving down the road. **** I don't know, what do you guys think?
