I am going to set the car on fire.

I checked the wires off the batt, off the starter, of the ALT, all are putting 12.24 volts out. IT has a new Batt, and a new ALT, which has been tested 3 times, always putting out 14.4 volts. I have tried everything trickster and the others have said to no avail. A I just going to have to live with this.

Smething I found odd. When the car is not running, battery has 12.55 volts, after I start it, it goes to 12.24.

Also, could this be my belt causing this?

It's possible, what are the range markings showing on the belt tensioner and when you push down on the belt how far does it go down? See picture.

I tightened te ground on the batt, was a little loose (didnt notice until no), found another ground that was spliced into. Belt was ok. All in all, I went from 12.22v running, to 12.5 running.

I am running low, but I am holding voltage, not losing anything.
