Your best bet is to get another ECM and possibly another eprom chip also. With that connection burned like that you will not be able to repair it and there might be other damage in the circuit that you can't readily see. You can either get a new one from some auto parts stores like NAPA, Auto Zone, Advanced Auto Parts, and several others, Or go to the dealership or scrounge a junkyard.

Thanks Trickster!!!

I was having problems with the car running like a POS when it warmed up. After replacing everything under the sun, I decided to take a look at the ECM before I pushed the car into the river.
This is what I found and I'm thinking this would cause it to run like a POS!!!

Can I buy another ECM at Autozone or just the prom?

You might have to go to the dealer for the eprom, if autozone carried them they would be an aftermarket affair and I don't think that I would trust them on that. The ECM's are usually a re-manufactured unit that has been repaired. Usually when you get a ECM from anywhere they will take the old one as a core. If you go to the dealership to get one, they will only take an original GM ECM as a core. On getting a new ECM from autozone or any of the other auto parts stores, they carry them but will usually have to order them from their warehouse.
