Window won't let up
My Formula had been sitting for about a year before I bought it. When I put a battery in it and let the window down, it would not let let back up. If I continue to hit the down button, it jumps as if the motor is still good. Any suggestions of what's wrong and how to fix it.

Pull the door panel off and check the window tracks, clean and lube as neccessary. Lube the runners with a white lithium grease in a spray can.

It could also be a loose connection inside the motor, try tapping on the end of the motor to move the armature then try to roll it up. If that fixes it then the motor has worn or dirty brushes and may need to be replaced.
