Need help with neons

I recieved my green LED underbody neons today. I was excited until I opened the package and I found that both the instructions and a switch to turn the neons on were missing. I have contacted the seller from eBay about this, but just incase they decide to rip me off is there any way of wiring this up by purchasing my own switch? The neons are already wired and they all plug into this controll box which I assume is for the different light patterns, then the control box has a five wire connector going out of it which I assume would plug in a switch somehow. This wire is labeled as output. Any help would be appreciated.

I have hooked a few kits up. Go to advanced and buy a switch. The +wire hooks into a source and put a fuse in the wire and then hook on side on the switch. The other wire coming from the switch goes to the control box. A negative ground wire goes from the control box to ground. The neons should just go right into the control box.
