Dont take offense but your the type of person that has caused me alot of problems on my third gens. Cant you just roll them up and tuck them away? What if you "happen" to get rid of the car and the next person wants an A/C or has to go through emissions? Really though i would just tuck them up near the a/c blower motor or soemthing. Not downing you or anything, but cut and disconnected wires has caused me LOTS of problems and money. Elec. tape and a nice tuck would take care.
