Calibrate speedo?

I bought a white face gauge kit, and it came with a 140mph speedo, and the numbers don't line up with my 110mph speedo. How can I calibrate my speedo to be acurate with the new numbers?

I actually found the white faced kit that I originally bought (the 140mph one) in 110mph. So I don't need to calibrate the speedo, if anyone is interested in a white faced glow gauges setup, PM me.
