On your car the wiring would be like this.
Pin "A" would be purple going to pin "P" of connector "C207" under the dash near the ECM on the passenger side, form there it would go to pin "A" of the brake switch on the brake pedal.
Pin "B" would be a dark green wire going to pin "C8" of the ECM.
Pin "D" is a tan/black wire with a splice in it. one wire goes to pin "a7" of the ECM while the other wire goes to pin "H" of connector "C207", from there it goes to pin "14" of connector "C2" on the instrument cluster for the shift light and then to pin "F" on the ALDL. Please note that the routing I just mentioned for the tan/black wire is for a manual transmission. The routing for it on an automatic transmission is exactly the same except the shift light connection is eliminated.

BTW, in case I forgot to mention it, there is no wire in the slot for pin "C".
your the man...but i want to run it to a toggle switch seeing as how there is not a computer in the car any more and the dash is out to...if i got my hands on the harness that goes into the transmisson how would i wire it up to be ''''''on''''off'''''' for the converter lock up...

You would wire it into the wire going to pin "F" of the ALDL. BTW, the converter will unlock whenever you hit the brakes, that is what the purple wire going to pin "A" of the brake switch is for.
