What is this part called????
Hey guys i have been smelling a burning smell when ever i turned the ac/heater on. I took the control out and smelled it again where this part is so i figured its the part. well i took it off and took it apart to discover it is just about burnt into! If you guys have any idea what it is and if i can get a replacement part instead of the whole control let me know please!!

That my boy is the A/C mode control switch in the A/C control head. Your best bet is to go to a junk yard and get another unit from a junked car.

did it burn b/c its just old or do i have another problem?
