Gauge Lights Not Working

Car: 1988 Red IROC-Z
Engine: 305 TPI V8
Transmission: Borg Warner T5
Axle/Gears: 3.23
Gauge Lights Problem
My Gauge lights on my 88 IROC just stoped working today. All other blinkers, brake lights dome lights, everything else still works. I thought it was a fuse but they all look good. There is one spot on the fuse block labeled INST LPS (intrument lamps?) but theres no fuse there and it dosent look like a spot for a standard fuse. what is keeping them from working? please help.
