I have never seen or heard of this, but since it has become winter in Ohio and gotten really cold, when I turn my headlights on (or just parking lights) all of my gauges stop working and all the lights go out with the exception of one light on the far left side of the speedometer. Also, both turn signal lights come on and stay on as if the bulbs were burnt out and the high beam indicator comes on when the low beams are on. The strange thing is once the car heats up, all of a sudden everything just flips back to normal and all lights work properly. When this happens all exterior lights work as they are supposed to, it is just the interior lights that act up. Any ideas on what could be causing this? Thanks
